Let's Get Real

Hey everyone! This is the fantastic salad I have been eating for the past two days and I had to share it! It is such a healthy yet filling salad with tons of delicious veggies! To get some protein into my diet I also incorporate a veggie patty on top! 

The salad contains: 

- 1 cup of chopped kale

- 2.5 cups of romaine

- 2 cherry tomatos

- 1 lime wedge

- 1 super small onion grilled

- 1 veggie burger patty

- 1.5 tbsp of slivered almonds

- 1 tbsp of golden raisins

- 3 twistos crackers broken up (used as croutons)

- 1 tbsp of whatever dressing I want. 

This salad is so delicious! More then anything it is really filling! This salad was the first time I had kale and it tastes wonderful! Next week when I make this salad I will incorporate way more kale and less romaine!
