Scared of this week’s weigh in…
So last week I ended up weighing in at 140.6. Since sunday I have gone over my caloric requirements per day about approximately 200 calories - 400 calories for two days out of the week already. 140 has always been my brink, my stopping point and I am not as strong minded as I keep telling myself I am. I want to get out of the 140’s and finally breath a sigh of relief.
I want to be in the 130’s. I don’t know whats going to happen. I do not want to dis-motivate myself…I hope the scale loves me on saturday morning or whenever my family and I choose to weigh in.

Random lunch and dinner pictures. Was super busy today :( I had a huge bowl of salad today with some cottage cheese. I had vegetable soup with some whole grain crackers and soya chunks curried for dinner!

Week 2 family weigh in…
So today was the second week of cleaning eating and exercise in my family. My mom, brother and I started this last week :).
Mother:
SW: 189
Last week weigh in: 186
This week: 182.4!
- Mom had an amazing week in terms of weight loss and she has been eating really clean! her percentage of weight loss was 2.15%.
Brother:
SW: 203
Last week weigh in: 199
This week: 196
- My brother has been working out a lot! So I know he will continue to have a good amount of weight loss each week! His percentage weight loss was 2.015%

SW: 146 (it was 157.2 but for this challenge I started at 146)
Last week weigh in: 143
Today’s weigh in: 140.6
- So I reached my healthy BMI weight again for the third time in like 1 month and a half! But I always stopped here so I am going to push through this week and finally reach under 140! Then I will finally be able to get my first reward of a facial! woot! My percentage weight loss was 2.10%
So this week’s winner was my mom! =) keep going strong everyone

Healthy Mother’s Day Donuts! Inspired by undressed skeleton….
I used her twinkie recipe, but I tweaked it a little..instead of using all purpose flour I used unbleached pastry flour.
heres the recipe:
- 2 tbsp of egg whites
- 1 tbsp if light melted butter
- 4 tbsp of 1% milk
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla
- 7 tbsp of pastry flour
-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 packets of stevia
The nutritional info for one donut without the topping was:
- 21 calories
- 3 carbs
- .5 fat
- .5 protein
- .5 sugar

So week 2 weigh in is tomorrow with brother, mom and myself…EKK
I am kinda nervous for tomorrow’s weigh in because, A, I was not home yesterday and I had a crazy breakfast today so let’s see how it pans out. B, I got my period yesterday, which for me = crazy bloating and weight gain -.-. Other then that I had a fantastic week in terms of clean eating and tried to fit in some exercise…(I know, I am working on it!).
I feel like sometimes my expectations ruin the smallest successes for me…as much as I tell myself slow and steady wins the race don’t we all just want to wake up and be at the goal… but I am taking my time…I really wish I had not gained that six pounds during exams but oh well, lets hope tomorrow is a good outcome.

Finally home! This morning I had breakfast with my friend at coras. They had no nutrtional info but what I ordered was a spinach and cheddar omelette inside of a plain crepe drenched in hollandaise. It came with 2 pieces of multigrain toast and some fruit.
I ordered the hollandaise on the side which probably saved me a million calories lol, I only had half a piece of toast and embarrassingly enough I could not finish the crepe omelette. I had like a third left…I had no more room for the fruit too!! It was really heavy…in the future I would share this breakfast it was just too freaking large!

- Two slices of toast (whole wheat)
- 2/3 cup of asian salad + chow mein noodles + dressing
- hummus (spinach artichoke) spread on one side of the toast
- veggie patty on top of lettuce
- onion
- brocolli on the side
- a little bit of srirachi on top of my burger
Voila! Greatest sandwich ever!!!!
My entire lunch came out to 392 calories
